Recipe to die for

My brother & his wife love to cook, so when they were staying with us they cooked this amazing dinner. The recipe can be found online at taste.com. It is called Grilled Salmon with Thai Green Risotto. Seriously! I was salivating for more after pretty much licking my plate clean. Sadly I didn't photograph the plate presentation on the night so this is the pic off the taste.com website. Our salmon steaks were bigger!!!!
